When it comes to getting the best shots possible during your session, it’s important to take a look at this list to ensure there are no hiccups while shooting. While many of the issues that can stem from not following this list are fixable in post (at an additional cost), your shots will always look better if all of these bullet points are followed.

For the best possible shots…

Be sure to have:

  • All clutter cleared

  • Pets out of the way

  • All contractor work, staging, repairs, etc. completed before shoot

  • All desired lights on

  • Blinds open

  • Fans off

  • TV’s turned off

  • Toiletries removed from showers and bathroom counters

  • Personal photos (unless you do not mind, can be blurred out upon request)

  • All cars moved from front exterior of property

  • All hoses stowed or coiled

  • Pool/Jacuzzi/BBQ covers removed

  • All outside trashcans hidden
